How to Use: 1. Remove the bottom cap and place the filter directly in the water you want to filter. 2. Let the bottom part soak in the water for approximately 20 seconds to prime the filter's membranes. 3. Remove the top cap and sip the filtered water. 4. After each use, blow air through the mouthpiece to prevent clogging. 5. Thoroughly dry the filter before putting the protective caps back on for long-term storage.

Gravity Filtration: To filter water using a bottle: 1. Find a bottle with threading that matches the filter's bottom thread (typical soda or water bottle with 28mm threads). 2. Fill the bottle with water and attach it to the bottom of the filter. 3. Flip the bottle upside down to allow the water to flow through. 4. When the flow slows down, either squeeze the bottle or let air back into it.

Avoid dropping the filter on hard ground or letting it freeze with water inside, as it may damage the membrane or the body.
